Leaderboard, Tournament and Rewards
One other unique mechanism that bridges both the $PATIC token but also the competitive social component is the leaderboard function which will put players against each other on specific targets in the hopes of winning, in game rewards, NFTs and even $PATIC Tokens.
There will be 2 types of tournaments, one being a paid weekly tournament that users will need to spend $PATIC in order to enter and a monthly one that will be free. For paid tournaments the platform will take 20% of the $PATIC pool into its treasury then reward the remaining 75% to the winner(s) As for leaderboards a majority of users are clearly not going to win hence keeping these leaderboards short in duration will maximize the benefits to the company and community growth.
Similar to how this functions with Leaderboard rewards there will also be tournaments in a very similar way where users will be able to participate, either free entry on the monthly ones or paid entry with $PATIC tokens on the weekly ones. Rewards will consist of simple In-Game items for the free tournaments but for the paid ones will consist of the price pool of $PATIC excluding the fees the platform will take.
On a final point, Polyverse rewards social engagement within its universe. Forming alliances, participating in guilds, and contributing to the community can all lead to rewards. This will mainly be focused on KOLs, Gaming Guilds, and other community groups or even high impact individuals.
This will involve having certain avenues to award users that support Polyverse on a social perspective similar to task marketplaces, This will be a means of rewarding the gamers with $PATIC token but additionally having the active users actively promote the game they love and play so much which will indefinitely be one of the strong Go-To-Market strategies over the long term. The nature of these activities and rewards will be dynamic according to what strategy would work best at the time of implementation.
